cools my CPU January 7, 2009 Michael A. Rainey When the cooling fan on my Toshiba quit working, the local Toshiba service center said the motherboard was bad and quoted $500 for a new one. I bought one of these Thermaltake fans, removed the fan from the cage, and used Velcro to attach it to the bottom of my computer over the fan outlet. The little sucker easily keeps my system under 45 degrees Centigrade. The computer isn't quite as convenient to use as before, but it sure has a new lease on life.
Very Cool! January 6, 2009 Marvin L. Segel The perfect little USB fan for cooling down my DELL XPS M1730 ...works like a charm.
great little fan December 18, 2008 Midori (Houston) I've bought 2 so far! One for occasional use with my laptop one for our Wii or ps2. They work great, quiet, adjustable.
Great fans December 12, 2008 D. Austin (PA) I bought 4 of these fans to cool down my ps3 which is in a closed cabinet. I just installed them in the panel in the back and keeps my ps3 about 65 F degrees when running. Without the fans it ran about 105 F.
great for keeping anything electronic items cool December 1, 2008 Raymond S. Lau (new york, ny) I had problems with my Verizon Fios modem that was very hot (I leave it on all the time), so I got this fan. Great item. It has a knob to adjust the speed of the fan & it is not very noisy. Since it is portable & don't need a computer's USB to power up, I was able to use it to cool my other electronic gears (DVR, Tube amplifier). I leave this fan on all day everyday for a month and a half now & it still working great. Highly recommended, I'm going to get another one of this.
