5 out of 5 stars Works very well   November 23, 2008

Wow! This really gets a lot of hair off my dogs.I would definitely recommend this to others with long hair dogs and my dogs love the attention they are getting from our grooming sessions. I would definitely recommend this to others.

5 out of 5 stars Works Great, worth the money, little vacuuming after using this!   November 23, 2008

This thing will remove ALL the hair off your cat you dont want. i have used it once on my cat and had a pile of hair like all the pictures on here, but after, i see very little hair on my carpet around the house, no hairball puke, and the best thing is he is so soft to the touch now and i dont mind petting him because there isnt a pile of hair on my shirt afterward anymore! i picked this up when the small one was on sale for $20

3 out of 5 stars Pretty good product   November 23, 2008

This product works fairly well. Our dog has a more "wired" texture so it wasn't able to run smoothly through her hair. I also don't care much for the design - it's harder for me to control where I am combing with this handle - I would rather that it was more like a regular comb. I used it on our cat but must say that I prefer a regular flea comb because of the design and the flea comb seems to pull out just as much hair.

5 out of 5 stars Still a lot of work but does the job well for cats   November 23, 2008
Eric Belt (St. Louis, MO USA)
As others have said, it is well made. I have several other brushes and de-shedding tools, and although the cats may prefer some of the less aggressive (and less effective) ones, this one gets the most done in the least amount of time. Be aware that the process does take some time and is messy.

5 out of 5 stars the furminator performance on my cat and dog   November 23, 2008
leona apple (minnesota)
this pet comb/brush works extremely well especially on getting out the dead or shedding undercoat. THe first time I used it on my labradoodle ( he is not the real curly type) , I could not believe all the hair that needed to come out! And it works even better on my calico cat THe medium size was just right for both a large dog and medium size cat.
