5 out of 5 stars would love to tell ya....   September 18, 2008
i would post a real review for this greatly anticipated item but... Amazon sent me a holster instead of the thermometer. RMA time. reminds me of the time i ordered a typewriter from sears and got a vcr instead years ago...

5 out of 5 stars One of my best devices so far.   September 2, 2008
The reading is repeatable. It can scan too. Power is on in no time. Automatic power off in a few seconds if not used. Rugged enough (don't have to be too gentle with it). One of the best products I ever had. Just owned it for 2 months. Hope it lasts long. If so, it is surely worth the money and rated 5+ stars.

5 out of 5 stars Best value MiniTemp I have found   August 31, 2008
After searching many places online, this was the best pricing on MiniTemps I found. Raytek's MiniTemp series has the most commonly found and dependable infrared thermometers on the market.

4 out of 5 stars Good product, good value   August 13, 2008
The Raytek seems to be the same as the Fluke 60. It works well for checking surface temp, but it is hard to get temp of an area. Overall it is a good buy, and it was shipped in a timely manner.

1 out of 5 stars Seemed great at first...   August 6, 2008

This product seemed great at first, but became completely inaccurate within a couple of months. It read lower temps OK, but was twenty or more degrees off with temps closer to boiling. Waste of money.
