I needed a tachometer in my 93 F150 because I just like knowing what my engine is doing. This model was a quality brand and a low price. It is simple and no frills. The cup and bezel are black plastic and the mount is a solid metal that didnt give itself to bending. I used the flat surface adapter and rubber pad included to mount it on top of my dash. The back light is a little dim compared to my other dash lights however.It uses a standard size so I think it can be changed. Also, given the small size of the guage, its hard to get a precise reading. I knew that going in though, so it didnt bother me. Hence the 'Mini' title. Nice little product, thumbs up.

Good tach, air core makes the movement as smooth as high end tachs. However, this same tach can be bought at your local autozone for $35 and you don't have to pay shipping.
