Like the last poster I also thought I was getting a padded harness like the photo indicates. What I got instead was nothing but a few webbing straps with no pleating or padding. I feel like I've been ripped off with this product and won't be using it on my dog anytime soon!!!
Isn't this false advertising?? !!!!!

I am very disappointed in the way that Amazon advertized this product. The picture of the product clearly has a harness with fleece lining which would indicate that it was the Roadie LX which retails for $59.95 at the manufacturers website. I thought that I was getting a great deal and a $20 savings. Instead Amazon sent me the Roadie Basic harness which retails for $20.95. Amazon charged me $9.95 more than retail! Some deal.

best item invented for dogs in years. protects them much better than a crate can. doesn't take long for the dog to get use to it and I feel a lot better knowing that he is as protected as I am

The product worked as claimed, but we had to return for a replacement because of a manfacturing defect. The return process was excellent and painless. Would recomend the product to anyone with dogs that travel with them.
