Strong & Easy to Use, Durable November 12, 2007 Devil's Advocate (USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is our second purchase of this exact same cargo net, not because it isn't durable though. Mine is used with a flip flop seat which converts into a flatbed on back of a Yamaha golf cart to haul groceries and packages to and from our home. It lasted 5 years left outdoors in full sun and weather until elastic on one side finally broke down enough to snap one day. This came as no surprise and I was only happy to buy another as they are very affordable and have become the best way to secure bags and boxes while traveling rural, windy, and uphill roads. Can't begin to say how many eggs or jugs of bottled water it's saved from a dire fate in the middle of a road somewhere. If you have similar circumstances or just need a way to keep everything from sliding around the back of your car, this is the only way to go. It might well save cleanup in your vehicle to take this precaution. How on earth did we ever live without them?!
Not quite what I expected. July 17, 2007 Steve D. Rubinstein (NYC, NY) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This was supposed to be a double layer, but as a single layer it works to separate my rear "trunk" space in my "sporty limo," a Subaru wagon. The Subaru has places midway between the rear seat and the back tailgate for fitting the storage net ends. Works like a charm to keep things like groceries from moving a lot.

Not enough elastic in it and the glue to hold the fastners did not work well.
