FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR

Customer Reviews:

1 out of 5 stars Chinese-Made Junk   June 24, 2008
Where automotive reliability is concerned, something either works or it doesn't. This product fails. I too bought it for a Weber 34 DGEC conversion and it just arbitrarily shuts off fuel when idling. At ANY setting of the pressure selection knob. The price should have tipped me off.

2 out of 5 stars Defective   February 27, 2008
I was not happy with this regulator. The dial was too easy to adjust (or accidently adjust) and in the 0.5-2 psi range, it shut off completely! It worked OK in the upper psi range.
On the plus side the Amazon returns process was very pain free.

4 out of 5 stars Good value for the money   December 2, 2007

I purchased this regulator to install with a new Weber carburetor on my 83 Tercel Wagon. It seems to be a good value for the money with solid construction, a nice chrome finish, and a dial that is easy to adjust without being easy to accidentally adjust.

My only disappointment with it is very minor in that it did not come with teflon tape which will be needed to seal the adapter fittings into the regulator body.

One could certainly pay allot more for a regulator that does the same thing.

4 out of 5 stars Good product for the price   January 11, 2007
Used this product to lower fuel pressure going to a weber carburetor. These carbs like lower pressures, and this spectre regulator worked well. I like the manual adjustability from 1-5 psi. Very good quality product for the money. Highly recommended!
