I got an older car and was trying to reduce the rattle in my trunk from the subs. So I covered all the problem areas and my trunk lid with the dynamat and now its 10 x's better. This stuff is heavy like lead, but it cuts easy. I would also reccomend the getting that roller tool, because I didnt use one and its starting to lose grip with my trunk lid in places where I couldnt get it pressed on there even and smooth. This stuff is pretty expensive, but worth it if you need it.
