3 out of 5 stars Bulldog Keyless Entry   August 16, 2008
Have used Bulldog products before and have been very pleased. I bought this keyless entry to replace one that have been in my car for years. The first one I bought worked great with a very good range. This one you have to be about two feet away from auto before it will activate. Guess each unit is different. Not sure I will buy another bulldog system. But for the price it is not a great loss even if it doesn't work the best.
I gave it a 3 star just for range issue.

4 out of 5 stars bulldog on corvette   August 4, 2008
Quick, simple install, 92 corvette, remote entry only. The only problem was instructions indicated the wrong "type" of power door lock. Tech supp corrected the instructions and the install was finished. Well worth the price of $40.

5 out of 5 stars Easy install   July 7, 2008
Installed easily using included instructions and web site. The web site tells you what wires to find for your vehicle. Installed the unit inside the driver side door and all wires I needed to tap into were in the driver door. Install time was 15-20 minutes.

1 out of 5 stars Bad Company   January 14, 2008

This company sucks, there is no one to answer the phones anymore. I have a unit I installed 4 years ago and now I am having issues with the unit and cannot reach a real person for warrenty. The phone goes on for about 30 min then tells you the mailbox is full and to try your call again. Just another company that outsourced and ruined their customer service. Don't waste your time, pay a little more and buy an real unit from a real company and save the heartache.

2 out of 5 stars Not too impressed   May 14, 2007
Installing the unit is pretty straightforward. However, the parking light confirmation of the lock/unlock function does not work. It is supposed to provide -12VDC current to a relay you have to use with a vehicle that has a +12VDC parking light circuit. The main module is not functioning properly in that it does not provide the -12VDC cycle to trip the relay. I believe I have a defective unit. The frustrating this is that I have left 3 e-mails to Bulldog Security and they have never responded. When I tried calling tech support I got a message saying that they were closed for the day (it was early afternoon on a weekday). I am unimpressed with their lack of response.
