Very good product and does what it is designed September 1, 2008 This headphone is designed to be used in car, not helmet. We have it over months and it's quite good and, after reading those reviews, we do take lot of care to handle it, it's definitely a weak-plastic product but it's the price paid.
It does make our conversation (between motorcycle and car) easier on the road.
So, buy it but treat it well and with care.
Poor Quality. June 26, 2008 Poor quality, the headset is VERY uncombfortable and in looks like it's going to tear into pieces just by looking at it.
very pooooor item November 3, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I ordered 2 of this item, All I can say : it should not be for sale ! it is a peice of junk and made of very cheep materials. On item was not working at all, the other came with a factory defect in the mic. I threw both of them in the recycle pin. Don't even think of ordering it.

this head set works like it says it does, but it is cheply made and no good for motorcycle use.
A Piece of Junk March 31, 2007 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
This product is a piece of junk, so poorly constructed that the headband and operational parts have no solid connection. As soon as you put it on, it comes apart, a constant frustration. Perhaps the designers knew itcouldn't be worn long, so uncomfortable is it. It pinches the head, loses its adjustment, and the clamp at the end is hard and sharp edged, despite a piece of symbolic foam that's so hard it has no cushioning effect.
The earphone (there's only one) is of low quality, and I couldn't get the mic to work. It broadcast only static on otherwise functioning CB radios from both the same maker, Midland, and from Cobra.
It is the cheapest CB headset on the market, and for a reason. Don't waste your money on it.
I also am displeased with the merchant who sold it. Though it was well- packed and quickly delivered, when I wrote them for a return authorization, I got no reply. They apparently didn't want it back.
I can understand why.
