Three pairs of heads come with this personal massager for a choice of soft, medium, or hard percussion massage. The heads are 1-3/4-inch-diameter domes that twist on and off the heavy (about 3 pounds) power unit and pulse at 3,100 times per minute to send penetrating massage action deep into muscles. A variable-speed control offers options ranging from gentle to vigorous. To fit various body areas, the spacing between the heads can be adjusted through a range of 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 inches at the push of a button. A massage at home instead of one at the Spa July 9, 2008
I love to have a massager at home to relieve any pain (or cramp) at any given moment. That's why I bought the HoMedics PA-100. I love it, and as a matter of fact, I bought a second one for my daughter. My only problem is that it's a little too big and heavy for me to use it on myself. My arms really get tired if I use it for too long on my back. My daughter instead, has her husband to help her with, and she tells me she feels in heavens every time she uses it. So, go for it! It beats the price you pay for just one professional massage at the Spa.

This is one of the best for the bucks. Easy to use, adjustable, gives immediate relief for sore muscles due to postural or other stresses. Get one for yourself or as a much appreciated gift!

This massager, though not possesing as many features as my previous one, has surprised me with the power, and the duration of consistent use before it turns itself off..
For the inexpensive price, and for it's construction, I would definitely recommend this product....

Little big and bulky for me, but my boyfriend loves it especially after working out or playing sports. He'll put it on any achy muscle then fall asleep. Be careful cause it will get hot if you leave it on for too long.
