Works like a charm!October 7, 2008 I use the solar powerpack primarily on camping trips for pumping up air mattresses and charging my cell phone. It works great! Much better than hauling your queen-sized Aero Bed through the campground after pumping it up using the outlet in the bathroom or the RV hookup sites! Although a little on the costly side, I believe this product is well worth it. My sister also bought one and she uses it frequently for her girl scout troop outings.

I purchased this product for my trailer and for when I'm far away from normal power sources (off the grid) and it has performed like a champion. This product is totally awesome, I feel that anyone that needs a dependable and flexable alternative power source should purchase this product.

I was skeptical, but after two camping trips and a power outage using the Xantrex Xpower Powerpack I am pleasantly surprised. It did not take as long to charge as other reviewers indicated, and had no problems using AC, Solar or DC(car) methods of recharging. I operated everything from inflatable bed pumps to portable DVD players and tent fans, and even re-charged two phones and a DVD player after a night of use. If you are a camper and are not expecting to be able to power your home appliances on road trips you might just be as satisfied as I am. I can not speak to how the battery lasts over time as I've only had it two months but as I said so far so good

OK guys come on think before you buy. I go camping a lot and I use it to charge my IPhone, portable speakers, and power LCD light rope it works grate yeah it will charge laptop as well but not if your not going to use it for multiple things. Buy 2 like I did

This product looked really new and innovative, so I decided to purchase it. However, this product does not charge laptops well or other pratical items. I returned this pieace of junk and received a full refund.
Save your money and the hassle at the post office!
