2 out of 5 stars Mic broken after 60 days of use   August 29, 2008
It was a decent head set, quality sound for the price, but unfortunately the design is junk.
You can buy one for half the price and get th same results.
The mic became distorted and made terrible crackling sounds when moving it to and away from my mouth,
then stopped functioning altogether after 2 months.I'll take it apart and fiddle with the wires, but I didn't pay Logitech to fix their design flaws.

5 out of 5 stars works easily and perfectly   August 28, 2008
This product worked perfectly after installation. The sound is good and clear and it is easy to change the volume.

4 out of 5 stars Quality headset   August 26, 2008
I'm not often fully satisfied with a product, but this headset is pretty good. It sits comfortably on your head, the microphone sound quality is clear and crisp in online games, and the cord has plenty of slack. It's easy to install, you pretty much just plug it in and it works. I have noticed you have to have it plugged in before you start an application in order for it to work. Same with unplugging it before you start another application you want to listen to on your speakers. It's not a big deal once you're used to the fact. I have a big head and it sits comfortably for long periods of time. Your ears get a little warm, but not much, especially compared to other full ear-muff headphones.

I will say the downside with the cable slack is that you end up sort of wadding the cable up in your lap, since the cable is heavy enough that you don't just want it dangling from your head. The in-line mute button has a clip on the back of it, presumably to solve this problem, but where are you supposed to clip that? I doubt most people sit at their home computer in a button down shirt most of the time. It's a small nuisance, but it's really the only drawback I've experienced with the device. The overall design would be better with a lighter, thinner cable with the in-line volume control removed. It's such a marginal feature there's no reason to include it at the cost of increasing cable weight.

3 out of 5 stars Good item   August 24, 2008
This is a good headset for the price. I bought it for my wife, mostly for using skype and does get the job done. I don't think they are quite as confortable as other logitech headsets (thus 3 start) but the sound quality is good and my wife is quite happy with them.

3 out of 5 stars Really nice quality but a cost to pay   August 20, 2008
I found the Logitech to be one of the most clear sounding headphones I ever bought. The only problem is that I'm a gamer and I usually wear my headphones for long periods of time. This headphone really hurts my ears when I wear them for 1-2 hours but other then that the product is fine. I'm not saying you shouldn't buy this product it's just that if you are a gamer or you're going to wear them for long periods of times say over 2 + hours it will be a bit tight on your ears. I've only had them for about a day or two and I'm not sure how long it'll take for my ears or if they even adjust to them. Other than that great product and fast delivery!
