Editorial Reviews:

Amazon.com Product Description
The Sennheiser HD201 Headphones keep out ambient noise while delivering powerful stereo sound with a rich, crisp bass response to your ears. The gold-plated adaptor enables a superior connection with your audio source, and the rugged design of the HD201 protects it from wear and tear. But these headphones are still lightweight and comfortable, with leatherette ear pads to keep your ears comfortable.

5 out of 5 stars Nice fit   October 6, 2008
Very adequate headphones for our busy computer lab. They are large and soft around the ears. Hold sound in very well. Durable. They get a lot of use. We utilize the disposable sheaths to put over the ear phone to promote hygiene.

5 out of 5 stars Great!   September 30, 2008
I believe I already did write something and I hope I do not have to keep writing reviews, but as I said before, I really like these. They don't cancel out everything, but then I didn't expect them to and really didn't want them to. I work as a transcriptionist and do not like people sneaking up on me and so I still wanted to have a little outside noise filter in to me such as a phone ringing (I do have to answer a phone) or the if the dogs needed out, they still do need to go pee. They work GREAT!

3 out of 5 stars medium class headphones   September 30, 2008
I bought these headhones(2) thinking about the quality regarding to this brand , but now I got a low-medium class headphones..nor even compared to my last one..Sennheiser EH-150 Evolution Hi-Fi Stereo which is an excellent option rather than this ..(Sennheiser HD201 Headphones )

1 out of 5 stars Bad Quality Sound and Uncomfort for a Reasonable Price   September 19, 2008
I have a pair of bose that are about to break they even have masking tape to avoid them to fall apart, thats why I thought it was time to get a new pair.

I hated this headphones since the first moment I used them. The leatherette is stiff, not comfortable at all. The plastic is cheap I don't know how long would it last. They are too big so they didn't fit me and the noise reduction is null since they don't make any pressure over my ears, and they keep falling backwards from my head. Sound is not as crisp, clear and balanced as I thought it would be, and it seemed to me too low.

I'll keep my shattered bose until not wearable.

1 out of 5 stars Will not "Pump up your MP3 player"   September 13, 2008
0 out of 1 found this review helpful

The ad on Amazon for these headphones said "Pump up your MP3 player". However these headphones cannot be plugged into a MP3 player as the connector is too big for the jack. I looked at other reviews and none mentioned this fact, and I felt other people should be warned so they would be spared the waste due to false expectations. I might as well throw mine away, the only point was to replace those annoying earbuds.
