4 out of 5 stars Great tool to have   October 4, 2008
this tool has just about everything you could need to get you back on the trail.
the steel is good quality and they fit very well; a sign of good QA.

A Definite buy for the biker!

5 out of 5 stars Great Multi Tool   September 23, 2008
This has everything i need to bring along on my trail rides. The chain tool is really the most important tool i love because last week i snapped a chain and fixing it is easy. I would recommend this to a friend.

5 out of 5 stars Must Have Inspector Gadget Bike Tool   September 23, 2008
Wow. Great all-in-one tool with carrying case. Well thought-out design. Only thing missing was a mini flashlite. The tool itself can be manually adjusted so that accessingeach tool can be done with ease. The chain tool is pretty handy however, the chain pins themselves are an option and can be picked up at a bike shop. It is a very handy tool that contains everything you need to make bike adjustments.

Topeak Alien II 26-Function Bicycle Tool Wow what a great device. Instead of husband lugging 4-8 tools in pouch that rips because of weight we had this tool. We took 11 mile bike ride in Cades Cove no help except on your own if you break down. All 11 bikes and family did fine. Several bikes needed adjustments and this tool handled all the problems that occurred like a champ. Thanks for thinking of it . I would call it "The McGyver" bike tool no duct tape included !!!

4 out of 5 stars Handy tool, minor defects   August 8, 2008

The metal portions are well made and have worked well for any repairs that I have made. After carrying it around in one of the bags on my bike (inside of its protective case) for a couple months the locking tab that holds the two halves together snapped. A bit irritating, but it doesn't effect the performance. The chain tool isn't as finely machined as would be nice (a bit of wobbling makes it necessary to really watch the pin making sure it doesn't bend when installing a chain, as the pin in the tool slips off center).
