THIS RETRACTABLE LEASH WAS TOO HEAVY AND TOO BIG FOR ME. I HAVE A VERY STRONG 86 POUND GOLDEN RETREIVER SO I THOUGHT I NEEDED A SUBSTANTTIAL LEASH. THIS LEASH DID NOT GIVE ME MUCH CONTROL BECAUSE I'T WAS TOO CUMBERSOME FOR ME. I SENT IT BACK - I GOT THE FLEXI 3 LEASH INSTEAD. IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING FINE AND ITS SMALL AND LIGHT. IF YOU DON'T MIND A BIG HEAVY CUMBERSOME LEASH THEN IT WOULD BE GOOD FOR YOU. IF YOU WANT A LIGHT LEASH THEN I'D STICK WITH THE FLEXI 3.

I was happy with the service provided by the company. However, my dog broke the leash in one month. Product is overpriced.
