Customer Reviews:
Work well September 15, 2008 Works well. It is a great chain saw for the money. Easy assembly. Lightweight. Did not like the fact that I had to hand lube the blade but that is a small concession given the decent price of this saw

I read a preview about this saw not being a very good saw and that it had oiling problems and that sawdust plugged up the bar guide and oiling slot. I have not had any such problems with my saw. All you have to do is read the instructions that tell you to use regular motor oil not chainsaw bar oil and all will hopefully work well for you as it has for me. It is a nice saw when we are way off road in our pickup truck-camper in wooded areas. My main concern is that it allows me to cut my way out or in after a wind storm as an emergency tool.

This is one of those badly designed products which should never have been allowed on the market. Mine never quite worked properly - impossible to get the blade properly tensioned, did not cut well even when running. The oil feed clogs immediately. The sawdust builds up inside the blade guard and binds the blade. You take it apart to try to clean out the gunked up sawdust, and then it is almost impossible to get it back together.
