I have four cats and I wanted a fountain that would give them plenty of space to gather around. The Drinkwell 360 does that beautifully. An unexpected bonus is that I find the sound of flowing water to be very soothing.
My only quibble is that the cartridges are a little pricy. I would recommend that anyone purchasing this unit also purchase the cleaning kit. It will make cleanup much easier. Also, if you have only one or two cats, you can do nicely with one of Drinkwell's smaller fountain.
All around, a fine product.

What do you say about water filters?
Unlike some water filtration systems this is really easy to change.
Each filter lasts about 2-3 weeks as long as the cats are not rating and drinking in the same place.
When it was next to the food the filter would block in about a week.

I would love to review this product, however, I'M STILL WAITING FOR IT! I sent back my incorrect order and have TWICE asked for the correct filters, but as of this writing, nothing. Since there is no phone number anywhere on the website, I figured I try this. Maybe someone can finaly complete my order.

I just love my drinkwell water fountain....well my four cat Do!!!! this carbon cartridge is easy to change and maintain, fresh water every time!!!!

Very easy to change but it doesn't last long and it could stand to filter a bit better. The water gets pretty cloudy within a week if you don't skim the surface often.
