Editorial Reviews:
Product Description What do puppies like doing? Every double page in this board book features lots of different textures to feel, such as shaggy ears, fluffy tails and soft noses. The combination of simple text and illustrations is designed to help very young children develop sensory and language awareness.

Customer Reviews:
A Great Board Book January 8, 2007 MauiJim (USA) We got this for my 6 1/2 mos old and he absolutely loves it. I agree 100% with the other reviewer. He loves feeling the different textures on each page and almost seems to anticipate whats going to be on the next page. It's not a tiny board book (like many others) and it has large, colorful pictures which keep his attention. The pages are thick, too, so it should last through the teething stage! I only wish it had 1 or 2 more pages to it ...
My little guy ADORES this book May 11, 2005 L. Forcey My 7 month old loves this book! It's great because he's at the age now where reading to him is hard because he wants to chew on the pages. The pages of this book are much thicker than the average board book, so it's practically indestructible. Plus, each page has lots of different textures that he loves to feel and it actually holds his attention. With other books, he gets bored and looks away. He actually gets excited when mommy says "let's read about the puppies".
