Product Description This DVD is divided into four parts. Part I, titled "First 100 Days In The Air Force," looks at the enlisted man's orientation, basic instruction, physical conditioning and drills. Part II is a short 1950s film documenting aviation cadet training at Lackland AFB, Texas, called "A Tiger Is A Man." It documents preflight aviation cadet training including: formations, physical training, mess, retreat and off duty time. Please note, Part II is silent film footage. Part III is a compilation of 1-2 minute newsreels that include the following subject matter: Basic trainees get Air Police training at Lackland; Dads get a look at cadet pilot training at Graham AFB; Cadets go through the confidence course Malfunction Junction at Lackland; WAF officer training at Lackland; Canine training at Lackland Sentry Dog Center. Part IV details Squadron Officer School at Maxwell, AFB, Air University.
