Brilliant orange, this species is a favorite wildflower for flower-pressing crafts. Bloom colors also vary from marigold and lemon yellow. Very drought tolerant after germination, it is a favorite for drier climates. This self-seeding half-annual is a magnet for birds, butterflies, and bees.
