this was a God Send..... March 11, 2010 Brenda Russell (Columbus, Oh USA) I foster cats and I have 2 male neutered adult cats who have been
with me for a couple years. They are both a permanent part of my
household. I love them both very much and enjoy their company.
At first they were fine, but I have now amassed enough
other cats in the house - coming and going as they are adopted - and
they both suddenly started spraying around my house. Alot. I tried
several cleaners, etc. but it did not stop.
I had reached the last straw and was considering euthanasia even tho
I loved both of these cats very much. After trying several cleaners I found
a product called Stink Free (which Amazon sells!) I cleaned my house
with it exactly as directed. I caged the cats for about 2 weeks while I
ran a feliway diffuser in the room where I planned on turning them loose.
They have now been loose in that room for several months and there has
been no spraying. Most of the other cats come and go from the room as they
please, but those 2 stay there 24/7. I have had no marking!! Everyone is
getting along fine.
Pricey but good product February 25, 2010 real gypsy girl (USA) The "plug ins" work well to calm down the territorial issues in our house. No more "accidents" outside their litter boxes! These are a bit pricey but they last a long time and are worth it to have peace between the two cats.
Works wonders! February 15, 2010 S. Baker (Naples, NY USA) We started using the Feliway Diffuser after we rescued a 4 week old barn kitten and our 5 year old female cat started marking in the house and being aggressive towards the kitten. After using the diffuser for a couple weeks, our cat mellowed out and started to slowly, I repeat slowly, accept that the kitten was here to stay. The diffuser ran out and I decided not to order another, but our cat again became aggressive towards the kitten. Once I started to use the product again, she started to tolerate and even play a bit with our kitten. This is enough proof for me! Not sure why the Petco store is charging twice what I can buy the refill for on Amazon (from [...] no less!), so I'd do some research on where to buy from.
Great Product February 13, 2010 Kim Ziegler My cat had licked off alot of her fur and it has grown back since using this product for a month.
destressing the cat. February 12, 2010 N. Bennett We've been using this for over a year and it keeps our special needs cat very mellow. He suffers from seizures and kidney issues and this combined with his anti seizure medication has kept both problems at bay. We order it here because it's a bigger container and at a better price than at the Vet's office or a pet specialty store.
