Refills work great. No problems. Our dog seems to be getting a little used to the Citronella, but we're going to stick with it (we've used shock collars, and these seem so much more humane).

The collar does its job well ONLY if you refill daily and have the collar on at the precise, magical tightness so that it fires when the dog actually barks. And the batteries die. Other than that, it's pretty good. :)

I received the product in a timely manner. I just needed the refils for my dog's bark collar. The citronella spray does a good job detering my dog's barking.

Product Arrived on time and in a 3-pack. I wish the product could have larger cans, as the citrnella does not last long. Selling and buying in 3-packs are key so you are not having to replace them in an urgent situation as most pet stores do not keep a lot of refills in stock, as to my experience.

It works so well that the hound dog will not even consider barking now. The pitbull still barks but she settles down once she smells this stuff.
It really doesn't stink either. It's a nice scent. It's safe and gentle.
