Product Description Now your pet can go when he needs to! With the Potty Patch indoor doggie restroom, you don't have to rush home for emergency doggie "bathroom" breaks or wait too long and find messy, ruined surfaces and floors. The Potty Patch is a three-tier system dogs love. It has a scented, flow through grass mat on top that attracts dogs to relieve themselves, a middle straining tray, and a bottom collection tray. It's anti-microbial, odor resistant, and easy to clean, too. Just rinse with soapy water. Ideal for indoors and patios. Perfect for stay-at-home dogs, city dogs, inclement weather and when your pet just can't go outside. Plus, puppy potty training has never been easier! For all dogs,15 lbs. and under. 17" x 27"..

potty patch July 28, 2010 James H. Dekoeyer (northford,ct.) The potty patch is as advertised but it is not fool proof. My dogs are adverse to it.They avoid it all together so it has not helped my situation.
Best investment I have ever made! July 27, 2010 Nickilala I have never reviewed a product in my life. I have purchased this product for a Bichon Frise who are notoriously hard to house train. My little lady caught on immediately to it, with a watchful eye from myself, she is a puppy after all. She is now 11 weeks and makes a bee line for the Potty Patch when nature calls. I could not have asked for an easier house training aid! It is inexpensive and yes she chews on it once in a while and the grass does fray away easily but it works! It was absolutely worth the gamble, I have spent hundreds on housetraining aids in the past with zero results. I paid $35 for mine and worth every dime! Highly recommend.
(4.5 Stars) Best Pet Purchase, Aside From The Dog Herself. July 17, 2010 JoshTheSav We bought this for our 10 week old Miniature Poodle. After setting it up on the balcony we placed the dog on it, and she peed. She is now 8 months old and is still using it. Overall the Potty Patch does what it says it does. It is not the best quality construction (just plastic) but it works. We bought it because we live in an apartment and don't always have the time to take the dog on a walk. The two major disadvantages of this product seem to be (1) it is a little too small, sometimes it is hard for the dog to maneuver around to find a spot (we need to place the dog back on the patch sometimes when she sniffs herself right off it) and (2) it smells, but not too bad and not all the time (dont place in direct sunlight). I only have to clean it once every 3 weeks (bathtub full of water/bleach and throw it in to soak, then a quick scrub down). Im sure the smell is inevitable for what it is. Overall I would recommend to a friend. 6 months so far and going strong, well worth the money.
Convenient, yet a pain May 24, 2010 Jennifer Stover (Little Rock, AR USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have ordered the Puppy Patch for my Chihuahua, Chloe. She started using it right away, so I was thrilled. I used a pad between trays for easier clean up as the box suggested. I take the grass and tray outside daily to rinse it off because the urine odor is pretty stout. After a week I noticed that the grass mat was falling apart and I keep finding loose grass pieces everywhere, which Chloe, of course wants to chew on. I'm afraid if I don't find them right away that she will choke on it. I rinse the patch with water, so I don't think it's anything I did to cause it to fall apart. I like the Puppy Patch because it was very easy to train my puppy with, but I'm not too thrilled with it falling apart after a week. I figured it wouldn't last forever, of course, but a week?
dangerous and cheap May 16, 2010 old dal lover (Jersey) I bought this to help my aging dalmation while we were at work. Although she has NEVER been one to chew things, the "grass" was lose (some even fell out during assembly). The potty patch spent its last night in our house about 2 weeks later when I came home to find my dog gagging and handfuls of "grass" strewn about. Fearing she was choking, I grabbed the leash and keys to get her to the emergency vet when I saw that the "grass" was actually wound around her teeth. Her gums were irritated for days. If you love your dog, explore every option (or none at all for that matter). The potty patch is both dangerous and cheap. I've learned my lesson.
