Works well, it took a while to get used to the ear piece but don't really notice it now. The range is very good for my office and can work on different floors if need be. It is a neck saver!

I purchased this product for stock. We put it in service last week and I feel this is used and returned or seconds. This product has unusable sound quality. We have 10 of the same units I purchased from the products website. I tried Amazon and this is going to be my last time. I'm trying to get this unit repaired from Plantronics. Amazon stated this was a new product.
Works OK for first few months, now having a litlte problem with it January 18, 2008

Worked pretty well for the first 6 months, now having some issues, difficult to keep the phone handle from falling totally off the phone, constantly having to put papers under it or something to keep it from happening but great for the moving about the office/home.

While waiting for my order to arrive, I read a negative review about a terrible echo. My advice to that reviewer - consider reading the instructions and adjust the mouth piece away from your mouth (not in the instructions). Initially the headset hanging on one ear was a little uncomfortable, but within days I was walking out of the office forgetting I was even wearing it. The range at the building I work is less than 100 feet, not a problem for my use. Can't imagine not having the headset lifter or the flashing light accessory that clearly tells others when I am on the phone!

Wireless headset great for the doctors office. Allows me the freedom I need to multi-task.
