My husband installed it, in our 4Runner, in just a few minutes. The dog (Giant Schnauser, standard Poodle mix) is happy. We are happy because she is not breathing down our backs and she can no longer get in the front seat. We hike every weekend and so far we have not had any problems. Of course if someone is sitting in the back seat, she can still breathe on them. But she is only a pup. Several people have asked about it. We would recommend it to anyone!

I am 100% satisfied with this purchase. I have a 5 month old Boxer, although only 30 lbs currently - she's very energetic (true to the breed)and did/could not get past the structure. Also, the installation was quick and simple and fits perfectly in my 2005 4 runner (no additional pieces needed); it also does not limit any visibility out the rear view. I read a few reviews stating they could not tighten the screws on the bars, but I had no problem there either. The shipment was incredibly prompt and the price was perfect (other venues charge upwards of $50). I would strongly recommend this pet barrier to anyone who wants to travel with their pet with ease and have peace of mind for their car.

Fast shipping! Easy to install (my husband did it) and keeps my dog back where she needs to be so I can drive! At first, my dog tried to get back up front where she used to be, but never succeeded and is happy to have a spot that is just hers! I've only had this for a month, but find it does not make any rattles like some have claimed to have. I've not taken it out since it was put in, taken a long several day trip, and in my daily driving around town have not experienced any issues or problems. I have do drive wagon and would only have to that you have to make sure of what is behind you, as visibility may be slightly hindered in a smaller vehicle. I am very pleased with this purchase!
