I am one of those 'always cold' people, so this was on my wish list for use at work and I got it for xmas. I mainly wanted it for the heat function. I already had one lumbar cushion for my work chair, but I thought the heat would be nice for the cold building. Good product for a good price, and does what I expected.
PROS:
-Nice amount of heat. Not too hot, and you can't really feel it to the touch, but you can feel it on your back after 30 seconds or so, and it is not so overpowering that you can't leave it on for a while.
-No auto-off. I left mine on all day at work without having to reset, which is nice.
-Plugs in, so I won't have to worry about buying big C batteries or a million AAs to replace. If you want to use it in thecar, it does come with both a DC adapter and a cigarette lighter adapter.
-Lumbar support is not as convex as my previous cushion and doesn't have as much side support, but it's still comfortable for when not using the heat. I leave it on the chair all the time.
CONS:
-Plugs in, which means if you use a rolling chair, it is bound to get tangled. Def unplug from cushion part when not using heat, or put a power strip on your desk or something (that'd prob cut down on tangling, but may leave the cord a bit short for movement).
-"Massage" feature is, of course, just vibration. I have never understood how this counts as massage, but whatever. I knew I wasn't going to use this feature, but I turned it on just to see - it's really loud. Now I'm just scared I'll accidentally push that button at work one day and scare myself!
-Cover material does feel a little cheapy, and why couldn't they have just made it black?

I have a terrible office chair, this cushion not only corrects my posture, but heats my back and vibrates. Other reviews mention that the vibrations are loud- that much is true- but otherwise I love the cushion!

My corporate manager sits in front of her computer all day so she had been searching for a back cushion for quite a while but no luck finding a perfect one. I got this for her birthday and she loves it! The massage function works great except it's a little bit noisy. However, if turning on the heat function, it reduces the level of massaging and noise. For $16 bucks, awesome product! I am gonna get one for my mom too!

The warmth and massage feel great and it does help relieve low back pain. The surface is very hard and the curve overdoes a normal lumbar curve. It definitely could use a little less curve with some extra padding.

Save your money and your time, this item does not do what it claims I was very disappointed returned it next day.
