My new car had absolutely no lumbar support. I bought this thinking it would help my aching back and the heat function would help me in the winter months especially. I was right! The massage function is difficult to feel while wearing a heavy winter coat. The heat function works great...I usually turn the heat off after 5 or 10 minutes. I would recommend this to anyone!

I thought this would be at least somewhat like a lumbar 'pillow' but it's more like a solid vibrating brick. It vibrates so hard it makes my brain rattle. This is not a comfort product - it's a torture device!

This Lumbar cushion provided no relief to my back pain. I was planning to use it at work but once I tried it at home, I didn't bother. It's not even soft and it feels like I'm resting my back on a block instead of a cushion.
