I purchased this lumbar cushion w/heat for my husband to use in the car as he is the designated driver in the family. He tried sitting on it but it was too uncomfortable so he put it behind his back and loves it! He says it really helps if you don't have car seats that automatically heat. It was a very good purchase!

This products provides excellent lumbar support. The heat and massage features are very soothing. Perfect for the people who suffer with low back pain. It is a must have for road trips.

Back problems are something new to me and this is just what I needed to relieve the ache. The vibration seems to really help relax muscle spasms and the heat is also soothing. It is well worth the price.

The vibrator works well. Can't give 5 stars because the heat part of it is only lukewarm.

The massager is just a vibration, and since the frequency cannot be modulated, it is really much more of a buzz than an enjoyable experience. The heater is good, especially in the cold winter, however, a fine print on the tag that warns you "Do not use over 30 min..." so... go figure... The cushion itself is hard and more like a block than a cushion... and the fix strap is not very well designed so that it is very difficult to fix it on the office chairs, it tends to fall down or stay in a very awkward position that can only be summarize into one word -> Uncomfortable...
