I ordered this product for our drive to North Carolina. We have twin girls and had to bring so much stuff for them. All the other cargo boxes were so expensive...so when I found this one I was thrilled. We were able to fit 2 pack n plays, their twin stroller, and their bathtub in that box!!! It left room in the back of our toyota 4runner for other stuff like our suitcases. I would highly recommend this product for those who have to travel by car this summer...

Just returned from a trip to florida and have to say I am impressed with the sidekick. It is definitely on the small side, but that is ok. It frees up space inside the car, but keeps drag low. It dropped mpg on our subuaru outback by only about 1.5 mpg. We drove through 3 different storms with hard driving rain and didn't get any rain inside the box. My only minor complaint is that the brackets that hold the box to the roof rack use some rather large knobs instead of small nuts to allow them to be tightened by hand. This keeps the floor of the box from being "smooth" and many things get hung up on these knobs when loading or unloading. Not a real big deal, just a little annoying. Assembly and installation on the car was a piece of cake.

Great Grab! used it to help load belongings on a trip from Montana to Massachusetts. made it all the way with not a problem in sight and held a huge amount of equipment. cant beat the price and the quality that Thule products offer...direct fit straight to my jeep as well couldnt have taken more than 10 min. to install. i'd buy another if i needed one.

This cargo box was great. We used it on a 1600 mile trip. No water got in at all and it was pouring when we left. It is not all that roomy, but we knew that when we bought it. A set of golf clubs and some other small bags fit fine. It is a bit flimsy too. It was pretty easy to assemble and put on our Rav4.

Well I am using this 682 as a one wheel trailer to tow behind a motorcycle. It is set on a light frame and is still under construction at this time. The unit is just the right length. Installed stop lights, trun signals lights and clearance lights in the unit. I like the lock set up and the side loading. It only weights 35 lbs. If all goes well it will be going on a long tip this summer.
