what better place and event to test this new item then Oktoberfest. I am in the military and stationed in Germany, me and some buddies of mine had a chance to attend the festival in Munich. After roughly 60 seconds of calibration its ready for you to use and it seemed to be accurate but mind you for best results you should wait 20 mins after last drink or smoking before use.

I haven't tried many other breathalyzers, but this seems to work and for the price, it can't be beat.

I didn't try it for a month, but when I did, it wouldn't turn on. I switched out the batteries 3 times.

This device does everything it says it does: one button activation, reasonable results, great price. It's an appropriate size and the quality is completely acceptable for this price range. I am also happy that three mouthpieces were provided. I can't really think of any reason to spend 3 or 4 times this much for a device that doesn't have any additional functionality.
Had 1st one replaced, replacement worked exactly once, then died July 31, 2008

It's junk, 1st one lasted 1 month, had to pay shipping to replace and replacement unit worked for exactly one use,then died too! Kept is drawer w/o batteries per instructions. Never again...
