Nothing special. Just a cushion. I fell for the "will solve all your problems and pay for your kids college" shpiel, but honestly a $14 one will do just the same. May be this one looks a little better if you want to pay extra $30 for the visual appeal. I also have no idea how they took the picture, because in reality - it is flat, even when I look at it after sitting for 2 hours. Shipping was fast.

I purchased this gel seat thinking it would be somewhat thicker and more cushion. It does help relieve some pressure but I suppose it would depend on the person at what level it would help.

Item does not look any thing like the picture. It is flat. I don't feel any difference when I am setting for long periods of time.

Product looks very different on-line. Not as thick as viewed. Gave as a gift. They seem to like it.

It isn't as supportive or cushioney as I was hoping. After sitting on it for a few hours it goes flat and hard.
