I am not completely blown away by this pillow, yet I have no specific complaints about it either. It is very simple and inexpensive. I bought it to use at my computer where I often get back pain from sitting too long. it's decent support but has not alleviated my back pain. However, I am also pregnant in my third trimester so I wouldn't expect it to take the pain away completely. So overall, it is decent support for the money!

I intended to use this as a lumbar support in my car but the pillow is a bit too large and stiff for that use. It works great as a normal head pillow though.

Very nice product. Fits the nook of the lumbar area perfectly when lounging about such as sitting up in bed. I bought it to remedy the weak back support in my car since I have back problems, but the cushion is too thick for that....it puts me so far forward in the seat I lose quite a bit of leg support and my upper back and shoulders can't even touch the seat back. Not a fault of the product; it's just not fit for use in a vehicle.

I was in need of lumbar support. This pillow has been very helpful, in fact I take it with me just about every where I go. It enables me to sit in comfort for much longer than before. I highly reccommed this item.

I found this support pillow to be large enough and resilient enough to be truly useful for lower back support. I use it in my car where I've been previously disappointed with inflatable type support pillows. The HoMedics is larger and provides support while conforming to both the car seat and my lower back. I appreciate not having to inflate/deflate the pillow.
