This is a great lumbar support pillow! It's soft but still provides support. It fits perfectly along the back. I gave it 4 stars because of a design flaw. The strap that is supposed to be used to hold it to a chair is too small. Therefore, I just have to set it in the chair and it falls over when you get up. Small problem ... it's comfort and support that I really care about.

Very satisfied with the cushion. I have mine on my office chair, and it really helps take the strain of sitting for long computer sessions off of my lower back. There's nothing particularly fancy about the cushion; it just does what it's supposed to do.

The pillow is quite narrow so even as a petite person I found the two edges pushing up against me rather than letting me relax on it. Wish they used a slightly softer foam that allows the body to mesh slightly into it rather than having this rock hard feeling.

I have a long commute to work and was feeling lower back pain, so I tried this product. I am VERY pleased with the comfort it has provided! It forces me to sit upright instead of slumping, and is a perfect fit. The washable cover is a great feature.
