5 out of 5 stars A keeper   November 10, 2007
Karen
This is a keeper! It is so comfortable that I ordered a second one. I keep one on my chair at work and now have one on my chair at home. It offers just the right amount of support to the lower back.

5 out of 5 stars Comfy and affordable   September 25, 2007

Thought at this price I would give it a shot, and it is actually making a big difference. I have it on my chair at work and I lucked out - it fits perfectly. It's just the right firmness, and it hits my back at just the right spot. Occasionally I have to reposition it - but I'd rather fiddle with a cushion for 10 seconds than deal with back pain all day long! It has completely eliminated my lower back pain.

The cushion lets you sink in slightly, but gives excellent support, like a good pillowtop mattress. And unlike a lot of other memory foam products it doesn't get crushed quickly. I've used mine 5 days a week for 7 months now and the foam is just like it was brand new. The only thing that shows any wear is the strap, from being stretched for so long, and it looks like that will last at least a year before giving in.

If your chair is more than 17" wide, the strap won't fit, and if you're over 200 lbs, it won't be wide enough for your back. But if you're lucky enough to be average sized and have an average task chair, it's worth every penny!

1 out of 5 stars Too soft   September 22, 2007

I had great hopes for this pillow, but it is way too soft to give any support. I have MS and have constant bad lower back ache. I need a supportive pillow for driving. This is not it!

3 out of 5 stars Works fine but needs to be a little Wider   September 18, 2007

This product works just like it should. It is soft and form fitting. There are no batteries to poke you with. It's light and portable. The price is very inexpensive compared to other car back supports. The only drawback is the pillow is not very wide and unless you are very skinny you'll overlap a bit. Thankfully I'm more skinny than not right now.

3 out of 5 stars Doesn't go around chair   September 17, 2007

I'm using this for my chair at work and the elastic band in the back won't fit around the back of the chair. I spend too much time re-positioning it. It was comfortable, but I didn't notice much difference in back pain at the end of the day.
