good product, good price March 28, 2008 B. Munzer (Denver, CO USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought these at the same time as some Midland handhelds. They work very well for us, clear transmissions, and fit inside our HJC helmets perfectly - if it wasn't for the wire hanging out, you wouldn't know the speakers and mic were in there. Only thing we noticed was if one person is on the headset, and another is just using the handheld, the headset trasmitting person comes across a little quiet. They have made bike to bike communications very easy and not too expensive for my group of friends.
WORKS GREAT! February 11, 2008 C. Collins (Traverse City, MI) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My finacee had been wanting the headsets for a year now. I finally got them and he LOVES them! He uses his for snowmobiling and even over the roar of the engines... we can still hear each other loud and clear. They also have great reception, we've used them while we were about 3 miles away from each other, but things started getting fuzzy just past that. Overall - Very glad I made the purchase!
Cheap motorcycle-to-motorcycle communications September 27, 2007 John W. Bengtson (Central Valley, California) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I bought a pair of these with a pair of Midland radios (LXT440s, less than $50 for the pair) and my son and I now have bike-to-bike communications on the road. Also works bike-to-car etc. Volume is a little bit low, but compared to high-end units ($250+ for one bike) you can't beat the price.
Performs well June 10, 2007 M. MANN (New York) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This product is a good buy for the money. It is an inexpensive way to communicate with a passenger or another bike.
Great addition to your walkie-talkie when ATVing August 24, 2006 RLE (Indianapolis, IN) 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
My wife and I use these with our Midland radios when ATVing and are a great investment for closed faced helmets. The only improvement, to make it 5 stars, is for the cord to be a bit longer so I can better wire my helmet.
