Predictable November 3, 2008 K. S. Fries As always, Nicholas Sparks provides a pleasant, predictable diversion in this book. What you think should happen does;somehow the characters are not so engaging that one really cares about their plight, so it's easy to maintain a distance. The sadness that does occur is softly wrapped up in sparkling, gossamer romantic visions, blunting any emotional ties to the characters. Easy week-end read
Good read November 2, 2008 P E (Arlington, TX) The true treasure of the book is the love letters. I could read them again and again.
Good November 2, 2008 K. M. Kelsey (Michigan) The product said it was supposed to be "Like New". It wasn't, but it was in okay condition. Overall, I'm still very happy with the purchase.
