This product is the consumable supplies for the Drinkwell cat water fountain. I'm not sure we really need this carbon filter cartridge for the cats' water (given the places my cats' tongues go), but it works.

I have nothing bad to say about the filters or the vendor for these filters. They were mailed immediately. However, I bought the filters in a package deal with the water fountain. The vendor for the fountain was KV Vets Supplies from Nebraska. They cancelled the order because of a "pricing error" and then tried to up the price on me. So, now I have filters, but no fountain. Be aware of KV Vet Supply. They may give you a good deal on their Amazon page, but when they cancel the order and up the price, Amazon has absolutely no customer service to help out. Bad deal all around.

These filters are quality Drinkwell products and this package of three is a good buy. These filters do the job for which they are intended. I love my Drinkwell watering fountain.

I bought the product with high hopes it would help with my cat's urological problems, getting him to drink more water to help keep him from blockages. This tactic of using the fountain was recommended by a vet. Too bad, but he won't touch the water, looked at the fountain a couple of times, but won't even play with the water. Even my dog who will drink from anything won't drink from it. For me at least, it was an expensive waster of money.
